We accept cash, personal or business check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover as payment for our products and services.
For store product returns (excluding special orders), we offer in-store credit within 30 days of purchase as long as a receipt is presented at time of return.
We may require partial or full payment for all special orders and printing services.
If a printing issue occurs, the resolution depends on the type of issue:
- If the customer doesn’t provide correct specifications or files, the printing cost is still the customer’s responsibility.
- If Reprographics makes an error printing the file, they will reprint the order.
- If the files are incomplete (missing fonts or images, etc.), the job will be held until the missing materials are received.
